1. Fixed working platform is adopted with entire tank design and multi-layer ribbing reinforcement to ensure
no deformation while the load is too heavy.

2. X. Y. Z Axes adopt Class 5 double nuts roller screw rods imported from Taiwan.

3. X. Y. Z Axes adopt "SANYO" U818 original servomotor imported from Japan.

4. Standard configuration with "Easson" 3-axes electronic ruler.

5. Handpower standby weight dropping door design enables an easy lifting.

Controller Features:

1) Closed loop control system improve the precision observably with the precise linear grid ruler measuring the cordinate position.
2) Three axises linkage is realized by high quality industrial control computer, and the control soft provides multiple function. Modular design makes the control cabinet compacter.The CAN BUS control system reduces the signal line, decreases failure rate,and increases the stability. Arbitrary axis of X Y Z can works as servo axis, the other two parallel processing.
3) Pulse power supply and discharge circuit are controlled by digital control system,which controls any discharge pulse accurately.
With the function of adaptive discharging , timing tool lifting, tool height, oil passage and temperature controling, flame detecting and orientating, automatic alarming, and anti carbon depositing, the control system provide the machine characteristics of high processing efficiency, low power consumption, small loss of electrode, good reliability and simple operation. Surface roughness:Ra≤0.3um, Maximum processing speed: 450mm/min, electrode loss rate:≤0.2%
